The location of this resort is convenient with a large strip mall just across the street and the Crowne Plaza nearby. the tropical island of Hainan adds to the exotic feel of the vacation. There are plenty of food options at the Crowne Plaza center across the street, and prices are quite reasonable. the rooms are cozy, and the view is scenic.
The service at this resort leaves much to be desired.

The hotel had great facilities for families, including pools and water slides. The location was close to restaurants, making it convenient to find meals. The staff were extremely helpful and professional in every aspect of the hotel.

Great view of the the ocean from the room, the pool was amazing and plenty of room and seating areas. Close to many restaurants and shops.
Service was not so good, staff seemed uninterested. Food was overpriced and not great, not really worth the money.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the private facilities were impressive, especially the outdoor swimming pool and the Jacuzzi. the beach access was just perfect and the beach umbrellas were very useful. the restaurant served exquisite dishes, and the bar/lounge area was very comfortable. the spa center provided a very relaxing massage and had a steam room.
The only minor issue with this hotel was the service, not as friendly as expected. Although the leisure/TV room and the sun terrace were very welcoming, there was no live entertainment.
